Debra Newton has always had an interest in science and education and was fortunate enough to end up in a career that provides both. She holds a Masters in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation as well as certificates in Conflict Resolution and Mediation.

She has spent the last 15 years working in the Pharmaceutical Industry and has held various positions in Training and Marketing.

Her tenure in the industry enables her to identify issues/challenges quickly and develop solutions that provide results.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling the world, experiencing new cultures and foods and is always looking for a good wine.
