Siemens Medical Solutions called in Grass Shack Events & Media to produce a meeting and customer event in San Francisco. The event was competing with several other large San Francisco events that evening so a engaging theme for the visiting doctors and scientists needed to be created.

Challenges

Grass Shack worked with Siemens Medical Solutions, Malvern PA office to find the best venue and creative for the yearly conference. The historic Ferry building was chosen for the meeting and customer event. The Ferry building is a working building so a short load in time and technical creative challenges were abound.

Results

A theme of the Art of Z was created by Grass Shack events & Media and the Ferry building was transformed into a museum/ art gallery for the event. A stage and presentation screens were erected. The superior images were showcased in 8 different large plasmas surrounded and matted huge gold frames and “’hung” on the walls. Some of the images were dramatically painted in an animations on the giant plasmas. Live human sculptures were poised as living art. A local band kept the group smiling and dancing after the presentations were done. The attendees left educated, stomachs filled and smiles were all around as they left the historic building.
