Inspiration is a great thing. Motivation can wear off but if you are inspired you keep rolling on. (ok its Monday and its raining so I could use a little inspiration) 
I often watch TED.com to get inspired. A friend of mine Bruce Couch pointed out this talk and I thought you might like it.
TED is indeed a great place to get inspired with lots of videos. I watch them a lot and i always learn something. Great post.
