Genzyme headquartered in Cambridge, MA was flying their entire sales team into Orlando Florida for their annual National Sales meeting. The goal was to look back at the past years successes and challenges for the sales team. In addition they wanted to look forward at the upcoming year, do some training and enjoy some team building fun. To close out the week they wanted an eventful awards evening to highlight the teams’ accomplishments of the past year.
Challenge
Genzyme needed a production company to handle all environmental design, staging, audio visual, graphics, and video production.
Results
Grass Shack worked hand and hand with Creative Group the meeting planning company and Genzyme Corporation internal team to have a cohesive look and feel from the first email the attendees received to the stage set, and everything in between. Grass Shack also handled all video and new media production for the event. Working on site, the Grass Shack team and Genzyme presenters pulled some fun ideas together to end the event with a bang. The sales team left educated, awarded and motivated! Grass Shack was invited to produce the next year’s event.
