Challenge
The San Francisco Holiday Inn in the financial district of San Francisco was planning a 40 million dollar renovation as Hilton Corporation was taking over the property. This historic building was scheduled to be converted to a 4 star Hilton hotel. Hilton wanted to document the complete renovation for the upcoming sales & marketing effort and for historical value. All portions of the hotel needed to be covered.
Grass Shack Solution
Working closely with the many construction teams for a project this large and Hilton Hotel staff, Grass Shack captured all the existing Holiday Inn before construction, the tear down and the rebuild. This video documented the new Hilton San Francisco Financial district rebuild process along with in depth interviews the heads of all of the elements and companies involved.
Results
The entire process was documented and history was secured for the Hilton family and San Francisco. Along with the existing room video Grass Shack produced marketing material is still being made from this project.
