So often we forget that multimedia (when done right) has the power to invoke powerful emotions. And I think most would agree that it's probably a lot more emotion and a lot less logic that inspires humans to cure disease or invent the PC. Video has such practical applications and is beautifully simple. for instance, while having dinner a friend and I discussed how we'd love to get the attention of a celebrity phenom for our keynote speaker. So, we grabbed my silly Blackberry and recorded a ten second video enticing him to speak at our conference. So simple and fun to do, but miles more effective at capturing the attention of a person like this. Looking forward to your future posts!
